Description


A thick cut T-bone steak is grilled to order and topped with sautéed white onion strips, green bell pepper strips, Chef-mate ¡Que Bueno!® White Queso Sauce and finished with a sprinkling of toasted breadcrumbs.

Ingredients


Chef-mate ¡Que Bueno! White Queso 4 oz
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Beef, lean
Beef, lean 8 oz T-bone, 1" thick
Onions 2 oz Julienne
Green Bell Pepper 2 oz Julienne
Breadcrumbs, fresh 1 Tbsp toasted

Procedure


    1.  In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers and sauté until tender.
    2. Add White Queso Sauce, stirring until heated throughout.
    3. Grill steak to desired doneness. Remove from grill.
    4. Top steak with cheese mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
